Typed API client for ResearchCave Organizations.
ResearchCave.Organizations.Client
Register the typed client with the top-level Organizations configuration section:
builder.Services.AddResearchCaveOrganizationsClient(builder.Configuration);
Use the immutable AuthServer subject ID for authorization checks:

Public organization reads work anonymously. Protected membership and authorization calls use the configured AuthServer client credentials when UseServiceAuthentication is enabled; the client must be granted organizations.read (and organizations.verify for verification writes).
Shared active actor
IOrganizationActorContext reads and writes the domain-wide rc.actor cookie. The cookie is only a profile preference; ResolveAsync validates active membership through Organizations before returning an organization actor. On localhost the cookie is host-wide (and therefore shared across ports); production defaults to .researchcave.com.
